From The Telegraph on the IMF:
Bad policy decisions could push the US into a ‘lost decade’ and put the eurozone into recession, warns IMF
Bad policy decisions could condemn the US to a “lost decade”, tip America and the eurozone back into recession, and lead to “stagnation” in the world’s major economies, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has warned.
Will some one please inform the IMF and the Telegraph that this news is ten years old. The US has already had one “lost decade.” Perhaps they should refer to what is happening as a “second lost decade,”
Meanwhile, Japan is well into its “third lost decade” and the eurozone is headed for something must bigger than a recession.
Are we headed for a “Lost Century?”
