It’s a metaphor for world events at large, of course. I don’t expect Obama to put on breathing apparatuses and go charging into Fukushima Daiichi his own self.I do expect the Leader of the Free World … to act like he gives a shit about anything going on in the big wide. Anything beyond his golf game and his basketball picks.

Dude isn’t even playing president on TV any more.

  2. If the mushroom cloud is real instead of computer art, then it is eerie. A human face is in the middle floret of the cloud with a mouth above the stem and two deep set eyes on either side of a nose bulging from between deep set eyes instead of bulging above the mouth. The eyes have large brows. The left and right florets are rough side profiles of human faces.

  3. Well, I shudder to think how much damage this man could do if he was industrious. He, and the democrats running Congress, have already done me great personal and permanent damage.
