NII: Given what has happened in the last 4 days, and may happen this week, does the approval drop more?
In the Senate, the “budget” (called Continuing Resolution now) is 1,924 pages long, with 6,488 earmarks, and is unread by most Senators. The Democratic Senators are trying to forced this version through this week.
In the House, do the Democrats not approve the Tax rate extension because Estate Taxes should be higher? The House is to vote or amend a Senate/OBAMA approved bill (Senate vote 83 to 15 in favor).

PRINCETON, NJ — Americans’ assessment of Congress has hit a new low, with 13% saying they approve of the way Congress is handling its job. The 83% disapproval rating is also the worst Gallup has measured in more than 30 years of tracking congressional job performance.
