Thomas Sowell always pinpoints the critical issues in any discussion. He has an uncanny knack of cutting through the nonsense and getting to the heart of the matter. This quote lifted, from one of his recent columns, exhibits this ability:

Runaway “stimulus” spending, high unemployment and ObamaCare are all legitimate and important issues. It is just that freedom and survival are more important.

Dr. Sowell is an American treasure whose wisdom should not be ignored. He is wise and perceptive beyond his years. David Mamet, famed  author and formerly roaring liberal, is best known as the author of “Wag The Dog”, “Glengarry Glen Ross”, “The Verdict”, “Sexual Perversity In Chicago” (filmed as “About Last Night”), and “American Buffalo”.

Mamet’s reconciliation with reality enabled him to recognize Dr. Sowell as “our greatest contemporary philosopher.”

Read Dr. Sowell’s take on the real meaning of this election. He is not nuanced, and effortlessly cuts through the “BS” that the power elite uses to attempt to hide reality. Read why he says:

We have a strange man in the White House. This election is a crossroads, because either his power will be curbed by depriving him of his huge Congressional majorities or he will continue on a road that jeopardizes both our freedom and our survival.
