Paul Krugman seems to be under daily assault for his so-called economic analysis. Here is a well-reasoned critique by a fellow academician. The New York Times has enough problems without Mr. Krugman. One would think it is time to take away his megaphone before he completely embarrasses the newspaper, the economics profession and most of all himself. The Nobel committee is beyond embarrassment.
