Thus, although "W" was far from an ideal president, the MSM hammered him to the point that many of the younger (and so older) Americans were simply unable to recognize what they were seeing on the "nightly news" was left wing propaganda and not a true representation of facts. So, when a smooth talking leftist appeared on the screen and was the object of continuous MSM polishing, far too many voters chose not to question its background but instead behaved as lemmings and walked off "the cliff of common sense". What made this so horrific is that the rest of the nation was dragged over the cliff with them.
