Interesting polling results, but not surprising, in general. The somewhat negative attitude revealed toward “big business” has been created, no doubt, by recent (past 5-10 years) demonizing of big business by big government, over-regulation, and the resulting effect of layoffs caused, primarily, by government intrusion and mismanagement of the economy. It is not surprising, therefore, that “big business” is viewed negatively.
